Massages
Massages are among the oldest remedies in the world. By massaging, therapists influence the skin, connective tissue and muscles. There are different types of massage, which differ mainly in their massage techniques and therefore have different effects on the body, mind and soul.
Healing massage
Healing massages relieve tension, alleviate pain and promote blood circulation - a real treat for the whole body.
Helps with: ✓ Tension ✓ Degenerative or rheumatic diseases, especially in the neck or lumbar spine area
Not suitable for: ✗ Inflammation of the skin ✗ Acute slipped disc ✗ Open wounds ✗ Lymphoedema
Acupuncture massage according to Penzel
In this method, the meridians - the body's energy channels (according to traditional Chinese medicine, TCM) - are gently stimulated with a metal rod. This is intended to harmonise the flow of energy and support the body's natural balance.
Areas of application: ✓ Relief of pain ✓ Support of organ functions ✓ Complaints of the musculoskeletal system
Dorn-Breuss treatment
This gentle, energising back massage supports the natural alignment of the spine and relieves tension. Special techniques are used to gently stretch the spine, while targeted grips help to bring the pelvis and vertebrae into their optimal position.
Areas of application: ✓ Relieves tension ✓ Supports the regeneration of intervertebral discs
Not suitable for: ✗ acute back pain
Connective tissue massage
This special massage technique works deep into the tissue and can have a positive effect on the body's vital functions, such as digestion and metabolism. It loosens adhesions in the connective tissue and can also support internal organs via reflex zones.
Areas of application: ✓ Chronic pain in the spine and joints ✓ Arterial vascular diseases ✓ Circulatory disorders
Not suitable for: ✗ Open wounds ✗ Inflammation ✗ Acute slipped disc ✗ Thrombosis
Foot reflexology massage
This traditional massage technique from the Far Eastern art of healing is based on the idea that certain zones on the foot are connected to organs and muscle groups in the body. Targeted massage of the reflex zones stimulates the entire organism and promotes well-being.
Areas of application: ✓ Relief of acute and chronic pain ✓ Holistic support of the body through a reflex effect
Not suitable for: ✗ Inflammation of the foot ✗ Open wounds
Hydrojet massage
Hydrojet massage is a dry, oil-free massage technique that is performed on a heated waterbed. Gentle jets of water massage specific areas of the body, promoting relaxation and regeneration.
Areas of application: ✓ Relieves tension and muscle cramps ✓ Stimulates the metabolism ✓ Promotes blood circulation
Hildegard von Bingen massage

Helps with: ✓ Muscle tension of any kind ✓ Removal of waste products and toxins in the body
Not suitable for: ✗ Allergy to laurel and ginger
Lymphatic drainage
This gentle massage stimulates the lymph flow and helps the body to reduce swelling and tension in a natural way. Special massage techniques stimulate the metabolism and increase well-being.

Segment massage
Segmental massage utilises the interaction between the skin and the internal organs. Special grips influence all parts of a segment (spinal cord section) - i.e. skin, muscles, nerves and internal organs. The segment massage has a pain-relieving effect. Blood circulation and functions are regulated via the connection between the skin, muscles and internal organs.

Other modern & traditional therapies
Whole-body cryotherapy | -110 °C
The cold has a positive effect on pain memory and increases the tolerance of pain receptors. Inflammatory processes are inhibited in the whole-body cold chamber, which improves mobility. This in turn drastically reduces the consumption of painkillers and improves quality of life.
Regeneration - The heart rate is reduced, endurance and performance increase and the muscles are better supplied with blood.
Vitality - Our well-being reacts to thermal stimuli. Whole-body cryotherapy conveys a feeling of freshness and alertness.
Therapies in the whole-body cold chamber are suitable for alleviating ✓ musculoskeletal pain ✓ inhibiting inflammation ✓ reducing swelling ✓ relieving chronic headaches ✓ strengthening the immune system
as well as for ✓ fibromyalgia ✓ bronchial asthma ✓ sleep disorders ✓ fatigue and depressed mood

Measure & compare
Doctors and therapists use various analytical tools to gain valuable insights into the state of health. Individual values and their relationship to each other are meaningful. This data reveals how a person's lifestyle affects their health. What consequences can be expected if something or nothing is changed? These analysis tools are also often used to check the effectiveness of measures.
Tsunamed / vital field analysis
The TsunaMED vital field analysis is a biophysical measurement method that records the energetic state of the body's cells.
Two electrodes are attached to the feet and 200 million current pulses are sent into the body. The cells or the organ each give a specific response to these impulses. These responses are compared with the data fed in.
During diagnosis and counselling, particular attention is paid to the functional tissue response.
TsunaMED vital field analysis provides indications of
✓ weak points/blockages/interference fields ✓ changes in the energy balance ✓ the regulatory capacity and stress caused by external influences (e.g. toxins, hormones, medication, metals, etc.).
BIA measurement
Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) determines the composition of the body. Data on total body water, fat-free mass (e.g. connective tissue, skin, organs, skeletal muscles) and body fat (stored fat) are shown.
The individual parameters and their relationship to each other provide information about changes, e.g. after a change in diet.
Body Composition
Body Composition Analysis provides a precise measurement of body composition, including muscle mass, fat percentage and total weight. Of particular importance is the measurement of visceral adipose tissue - the fat that surrounds the internal organs, especially the digestive system.
An increased value can favour the risk of diabetes mellitus, stroke and heart attack.
The analysis also provides information on how muscle mass is distributed in the body and provides valuable information for targeted health and training planning.
